Best place I’ve ever had or needed to do physical therapy. Listened to my complaints and issues I was struggling through and developed plan based on my needs. Helped educate me with explaining my issues and what the exercises were working. Got me feeling better, pain free and out the door. Enjoyed both therapists I worked with as well as the office staff.

I love the team at CIIB! I've had 2 different PT needs in the past 3 years and have seen several therapists during my time as a patient. Everyone is kind, welcoming, and most importantly helpful in my needs with PT. Recently I've been seen by Krista Sheppard twice weekly for some really painful back issues. The exercises she's prescribed have given some relief in a short amount of time. She meets me where I'm at in physical ability, increasing difficulty or pulling back when necessary. I have really enjoyed working with her.

I had been dealing with some balance issues and was referred to CIIB. My PT, Elizabeth, was very knowledgeable and extremely thorough in her assessment and set PT goals to help resolve what I was dealing with. Cody was my PTA I worked with regularly. He was excellent to work with, very personable, and always had time to chat with me about concerns, next steps, etc. I was just discharged from PT this past week (yay!). I am so much better and am grateful I was referred to them. Thank you, Elizabeth & Cody!
