I’ve been getting hybrid lashes done by Hope for going on one year and I truly have zero complaints! I found her through an IG hashtag for Bloomington/Normal when my last girl quit doing lashes. She is always consistent, punctual, professional, kind, communicates well, her home is clean, my lashes have amazing retention and she’s become a friend I look forward to catching up with at my appointments! 12/10!

I got a facial by Paige and it was sooooo relaxing. I felt so pampered and calm after. Paige also educated me on what skincare my skins needs which was very nice!
Zoe Healthcare Services was the best thing that happened to us while my father was passing away. She was kind, sympathetic, organized, and always available. It was so easy to schedule a care taker at a moments notice. The caretakers were really great as well. They would talk to my Dad and keep him company. . I’m so grateful to Zoe Healthcare Services.

Tatjana took the time to listen to my hair goals and provided valuable recommendations based on my hair type and lifestyle. The end result was simply magical - my hair has never looked better! I originally received a really poor haircut from a stylist. I went back and the manager Lisa spent a lot of time fixing my haircut and making sure it was right.

I walked in and was told it'd be a few. No worries got to me fast , Tina was my stylist. Friendly and GREAT PERSONALITY. Showed he what I wanted had to make adjustments and she was wonderful. Listened and we had great conversation. I LOVE YHE FINISHED STYLE. I TOTALLY RECOMMEND HER. Everyone was nice and polite busy but very friendly towards all. I'm picky about my hair and have never been so HAPPY. I would recommend this salon to anyone. I will be going back and Tina I'll see you again. Loved the salon.

We loved the job Dalton did at our home. He truly is an expert he came out, assessed the problem and then outlined the options to fix the issue. Two days later he came back with Chris and replaced the toilet which stopped the leak completely!! I was thrilled with the short period of time to get the issue resolved!! I have platinum plumbing in my contacts for any plumbing issues we have.
Richard Folks the owner of D&R Plumbing took my call right away. He said he would take my number and call me back and he did within 30 minutes. He came to my home the same day, found out he needed to clear his day to get my main water line fixed in my basement. He did a fantastic job and you could tell his experience and knowledge are what sets him apart from other plumbing businesses. He made sure before he left my home, that there were no leaks. I would highly recommend D&R Plumbing and I will call them again for future needs.

Office staff has always been friendly. Reminders and easy scheduling for appointments. Cleanings have been gentle and easy. The dentists and hygienists have noticed multiple dental issues that I have had before I knew it was there, even with me taking general care of my teeth.
So grateful Dr. Steadman recommended Dr. Young to be our new family dentist after he retired (miss you Dr. S.). Dr. Young is efficient, effective, and most importantly caring! She and her staff have provided excellent service. Although she stays very busy, she always seems to find or make time to help, especially in emergency situations. From Paris at the front desk, to Dr. Young herself, this is an office with people who truly care about the patients as it shows in every interaction I have ever had with them.

This place is amazing. All the employees are kind, welcoming, helpful. They care about people and helping them. I feel tremendously better after seeing them with great improvements. We've only been a couple times, but my dog is calmer at Prairie Oaks than any other vet he's been to. He liked Dr Fraker and the techs, too. The doc was down to earth and knew how to explain things without sounding patronizing or bored. He even gave my daughter's toy dog a checkup. Ha! The atmosphere is comfortable there and I feel like Prairie Oaks will be a great fit for us. Did I mention they are affordable?? I couldn't believe the office visit bill was under $100, even with shots and a nail trim. I was impressed all around with our experience and am glad to have found such a nice place for my furry kiddos.
Dr. Matt is a very caring, wonderful veterinarian. He takes care of animals like they are his own and also educates and comforts the fur babies owner. He doesn't push procedures or treatments, he educates about the benefits of a certain thing he believes your pet needs and then let's you make the decision. If it's something that can wait he doesn't make you feel bad for not doing it if you cannot afford it at the time. I can't say enough good about Dr. Matt.
Dr. Brunswick, and
his entire staff, are amazing. Today we, unfortunately, had to put down out third dog under his care in the past 20 years we have been going to him. He has shown such care and love with our "kids" as each has had a journey with cancer. I am forever grateful for he and his staff. No better vet in Bloomington/Normal. Guinness, Thea and Leonard.
We could not recommend Dr. Jessica Diepholz enough! We have 3 dogs with varying personalities and needs, and she handles each of them with incredible care! Her and her techs make our pups feel safe and special, and we can't thank them enough!
10 stars if it were possible!!! Long story short my pup had a laceration quite large and would need sutures to close, I didn't have the thousands I was quoted the night before at an animal hospital. I called our own vet in the morning and they stated that they didn't have the staff nor were they comfortable working with my dog due to previous interactions. My pup likes to growl and then they recommended SMART VET NORMAL. I called and explained the situation, got a quote over the phone and had him in surgery within 1.5 hours. Everyone in the office was kind and caring! Doctor Tabor explained what the surgery would initial and then had taken my pup to the back. When I returned to get my furry friend, I was informed that my bill was less than I was quoted. When does that ever happen. YOU SAVED MY PUP, SAVED ME THOUSANDS, AND GAINED A LIFE LONG PATIENT THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!
I haven't been to a massage therapist in years. I have seen several massage therapy locations near where I live. I called up and made an appointment for a deep tissue, and got my back and shoulders torn up. For what Aubrey charges she is worth the time and money.
I had an incredible stretch session with Scott. He takes the time to listen to your areas of concern. I left feeling much better than when I came in.
VERY GOOD!! I was in town for a conference, so I called a couple days ahead and was lucky enough to get a massage here! I can't tell you her name but she was wonderful. My stress accumulates in my neck and shoulders. She worked those out and a few more areas I didn't even know about! It's a nice little place. $70 for a full 60 minutes. It truly was a head to toe massage. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
