My daughter has been training with Shim's Martial Arts for about five years. In that time she has greatly benefitted physically and emotionally. This experience has given her strength, confidence, and grace. It enabled her to discover her leadership skills and has given her the confidence in all aspects of her life. have been going as a family for 2+ years. it's been a wonderful bonding experience for us all. the school teaches good fundamentals and discipline for the kids. also is a good fitness routine for adults.
