Wish I could give a five star review. As always, the optometrist was great - professional, pleasant and responsive to all my questions. I am a long time patient and have always had a five star experience. I ordered contact lenses over a month ago. I’ve called three times (the location was closed for a week to transfer to a new system). Now “the new system” has become the blame for everything - including unsatisfactory customer service. No one knows when to expect delivery or if the lenses were even ordered. Certainly a phone call explaining the status has nothing to do with the “new system”. The reception and check-out staff were friendly and efficient. Dr. Dygola was pleasant and very thorough in his examination. He explained everything as he conducted his exam. I appreciated the professionalism demonstrated by all.
