First time to have my hair done at Niles Civic Center location. Great service and the job that they do is excellent. My only complaint is the lady who did my hair insisted for 20% tip. I don't think it's right to do that, she should have waited. And I hope she shared the 20% tip with the other lady who washed my hair who was so nice and knew what shee was doing.
My first time here Kevin colored my hair . I love it so much . Looks sooo natural and healthy. I havent done my hair in a looong time so my hair was super discolored and uneven. Great transformation. He knew exactly what to do. I will be coming here from now on everytime i come to illinois.
