Excellent service and an absolute pleasure to visit. Very great advice from Ash who I consider a family friend. She does exactly what is asked. I really don't understand the low reviews. I must assume that the customers are silly with unreasonable expectations.

Her prices are great. If you want consistent haircut for boys, she's great. You just have to remind her what blade to use for the sides each time you go for a hair cut. I usually take pictures of the hair cut and I show her again the next time, so she can replicate. She's just trying to make money the best and honest way. She's not the most couth or most polite. She tells it like it is. If you're expecting a great customer service, then you're going to the wrong place. If you want a consistent, fast haircut for your young kids and men, then you're good at Mona's. If she raises her price, I would probably go somewhere else.

Absolutely love how she did my hair and brows . She is a perfectionist, I went in to cover my grays and walked out with an perfect color , cut & highlights . She takes her time but it's worth every minute. She is very knowledgeable and knows what she is doing .
