After a few years of mediocre but acceptable services, they are now on my 0 star list. James (Jinsoo) has turned and turned in a bad way. He was combative, threatening, and uncooperative this year. He refused to file our taxes until we submitted full payment for his services. On top of this, there were several major mistakes in our return and I wanted to make sure he got it right before we paid him, which is the usual protocol. My sympathetic side kicked in and I negotiated half payment if he immediately submitted our return. I have used service for many years now. I couldn't be more happier from their professionalism as well as down to earth personality. If anybody is looking for CPA for their personal and business, look no further. Their price is more than reasonable and you won't ever need to change your CPA ever again as long as you file tax in this country. Ted & Mr. Hong has been so good to me for many years...I just had to spare my time to shart my humble opinion on yelp. Go Yelp!

PH accounting has been wonderful to work with for my small business. Ted is insightful, helpful, and most importantly is constantly looking out for my best interest. They have been so patient with my disorganization and my lack of knowledge, I am surprised they are still willing to work with me.
