After a few years of mediocre but acceptable services, they are now on my 0 star list. James (Jinsoo) has turned and turned in a bad way. He was combative, threatening, and uncooperative this year. He refused to file our taxes until we submitted full payment for his services. On top of this, there were several major mistakes in our return and I wanted to make sure he got it right before we paid him, which is the usual protocol. My sympathetic side kicked in and I negotiated half payment if he immediately submitted our return.
