“As my father aged his main goal was to remain in his home as long as possible. In order to help satisfy his request we knew it was time for 24/7 in-home help. We reached out to Touching Hearts and met with John. John assured us that they would be partners in the process and that he would find the best possible match for us. I found that to be spot-on If the match did not fit or we had other concerns he would find a suitable replacement. Over the course of 2 years we did request a few changes. John provided an immediate response and a new caregiver was provided. In the time we worked with Touching Hearts we were never left uncovered if one of the caregivers was ill or had a conflict. Communication was quick and the replacement provided. We reached a point where staying in the home was no longer possible but the transition provided by Touching Hearts provided us with the opportunity keep our dad in his house a few more years. John, Jeff and Sharon are extremely approachable and invested in their clients.“

They have lived up to my expectations fully. From the direct conscientious work by the two caregivers to the follow up reviews by supervisors at my brothers home I never worry about him.“
“Im in a mobility devuce...a scooter...and the halleats and doorways were way too nsrrow. I had great difficulty maneuverung around and getting into exam rooms. The layout is very handicap unfriendly and there are no power doors. The ekevator eas also a bit difficult because the shape of the elevator had the long side perpendicular to the entry, so i had to turn into it unstead if just pulling firward. Many disabled folk have diffuculty twisting making backing up a blind maneuver. If i could pull in straight and back up straught, that would be much easier that having to back up while turning.“

“What a wonderful experience! My mother was recently at Regency after being in the hospital for a while. From the minute we arrived my mother felt welcomed and greatly cared for. I was so happy that she was encouraged to get up and out of her room. She had her meals in the most beautiful dining room with other residents where she made a couple of friends that she still keeps in touch with.She even had lunch with the administrator a couple times. Speaking of the dining room, Melanie serves the meals in the dining room and is so caring and sweet. The food was hot and my mother really enjoyed it. The CNA Arlene is so attentive and it is evident that she really cares from her heart. The therapy team is winderful and really helped my mom get back on her feet. The administrator Renee was so helpful with everything that we needed and visited with my mom every day. Her passion for this facility and the patients shines through.Sylvia at the front desk is so sweet her smile when you walk in the building is so welcoming. I would highly recommend Regency. I would trust them with my mother again.“
