updating a a bad review I left years ago, and I should have done it sooner. Had a bad experience with a stylist once, but I've been a regular the last few years because of Lang. She's been keeping me looking right for a few years now. Been in a couple times when she hasn't been working, and I haven't had any complaints then either.
I really enjoyed my experience here. Lang cut my hair at the appropriate length for my badly damaged hair. I would definitely recommend this place and I am definitely coming here again.
Two stars only because of the price, with the coupon, ease of making an appointment and showing up. Unfortunately, that's all that's good about this place. My wife and I drove up 45 minutes before closing two Mondays ago. There were two people sitting down. Upon entering, they promptly stood up and came to life... after making me repeat myself 3x and write down my information despite checking in online (as instructed to do when I called a week prior), they seemed surprised it was my first time as a customer... I'll summarize and say it will be my last. I mentioned that I wanted only the split ends taken off and as little as possible cut from everywhere, top, sides, front, and to clean up the back since that's where I cannot get myself. The stylist literally ran into me twice while sitting in the chair. He cut off 3 inches from the sides, two from the top, and barely 1in from the front. Didn't do the jagged/uneven bangs as I requested. And then was so hard on the back of my neck, I had razor burn and skin irritation for 3 days after my cut. Upon trying to pay, he got confused when I tried to pay coupon, cash, card, and tip. He called the other lady over who proceeded to raise her voice and yell at me, for no reason, and seemed also confused at me trying to pay this way. Now I don't want to insult anyone's intelligence level, but it's not that hard... I'm not going to use either of these two employees names, despite remembering both, so I'll let the owner of this place check the camera footage to confirm. The best part? The lady only began to clean up and sweep when I got my cut. So what were you doing, besides sitting there, the entire time before we came in? The stylist openly told me he was ready to go home. I was rushed in and out in less than 30 minutes for the entire thing. I was the ONLY customer in there, they could have taken 5 more minutes to give the cut I wanted... No amount of coupons or rewards programs will make me return to this location. To this franchised business, maybe, but never again.
