“I recently visited Carmen for my first-ever Brazilian blowout, and it was such a great experience! I was a bit nervous since I've never done anything to my hair before, but Carmen made me feel super comfortable. She's so knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process, explaining everything in detail. It felt like chatting with a friend because she's genuinely friendly and nice.

Originally, I only planned to get the Brazilian blowout, but we ended up doing a haircut too. I was worried about cutting off too much, but Carmen really listened and understood exactly what I wanted. She did just the right amount—nothing too drastic, and I love the result!
