We bought a house that had used Ben Thrall for their septic service. When I called to have the septic service contract extended; they were very responsive and kind. They came to service the system (because the contract had lapsed while the house was unoccupied) and the technician was professional, punctual, and nice. He also explained how the system we had worked (different than some other ones) and explained what he was doing for the service call and what to expect during the contract services. We signed up for the service contract which includes emergency calls and 2 yearly maintenance services. We have been very happy with Ben Thrall!
