I've been using Zark for the past 4 years or so. The people that I've dealt with have been very professional and friendly. They always explain whatever issues there are and I never feel any sales pressure like I've had with other HVAC companies.
Wholeheartedly recommend them, and suggest getting the annual service plan!

Great 1st time experience with Zark. I reached out on August 9th to have our AC unit looked at and they were out that following Monday August 12th. Our AC was continously running and not turning off. I explained to our tech Bill the situation and he was able to find the issue fairly quickly. We had a leak on the high side Schrader valve. A new core was installed and the unit was charged with refrigerant. The unit has been working great now. Since the install was done by another company that since has retired, Zark absorbed our account and honored the warranty and there was no charge for service and repair. I will be using you guys for future PM's on our HVAC equipment.... read full review

We’ve been loyal customers of ZARK since day one. Kristy is exceptional with scheduling our twice a year service calls. Bill is always on time. He is incredibly knowledgable, answers all our questions, does a fantastic job, and is nothing but polite and courteous to my husband and I. Thank you to Rob, Kristy, and Bill!
