One patient praised their physician for being easy to talk to, listening to all their needs, and helping manage the physical side effects of medications. Another patient, a suicide survivor going through a divorce, found their therapist, Doris, to be very helpful and insightful, providing a calming presence during a chaotic time. While the telehealth service at Spectrum requires the patient to turn their phone sideways, this information is provided to ensure a smooth experience for future patients.
I'm currently seeing Doris Nworko. I have been through many psychiatrists over the years. Doris is amazing. She listens to you. She's very compassionate. She really knows medicine well and what can work for you. She's completely changed my life and I highly recommend her. The office staff is extremely nice and the appointment wait time is very low. It's quick. I'm very happy coming here and would highly recommend them .
Dr Doris was professional, had patience , and easy to talk to. My son was skeptical but after our conversation with her , he left more at ease and hopeful to tackle his day-to-day issues.
I am very impressed at how friendly everyone is. Sheila and the other secretaries are always helpful and prompt with returning calls and helping make appointments to fit my schedule. I have been impressed with Robye the NP in her role in helping my mental health. She has virtual and in-person appointments which helps with my busy schedule. She is calm and patient-natured and I never feel crazy or judged based on my symptoms or feelings that I describe to her. I highly recommend them to anyone struggling with mental health issues if you need help figuring out your diagnosis and/or being treated.
