We needed to get rid of a bald-faced hornets nest as well as a wasp nest and also wanted to spray the house for the fall. Southwest Pest Control was great! They were very knowledgeable and the price was very reasonable. They took down both nests and found a third that they also removed. They sprayed the house, garage, and shed. We used them years ago a few times and were very happy with their service. We called several different pest service companies for comparison pricing and most required a contract for a year of service and the one that didn't require a contract was double the price of Southwest. We will go directly to Southwest for future services!
Very happy with Southwest Pest. Responsive and can always get ahold via text as well. They guarantee their work. I needed them to come back out due to a issue and they were very prompt and came back the same day I called.
Bob, the owner, is very nice and informative! Nancy in the office is also very nice. It took her a few days to call me back this year (2022) and she explained they are very busy and they are doing all they can to keep up with the demand. I've used them before for minor ant problems. They are a local company and take pride in what they do. Bob told me he's been in business for 30 years! I wouldn't consider using any other company for pest control. Very reasonable prices too.
