It's impossible to make an appointment. And If you do there is no help at the sign on. Some young girl will only point you to a computer. I have been trying to make an appointment for two days. Both on line or over the phone?? I'm 76 and can use a computer mostly but the web site doesn't help much at all. Still no appointment.
Since Silver Cross bought the facility it has gone down hill. Hard to get through to make an appointment, never have a Dr available just PH Asst. I would only choose this as a last resort and be prepared to wait excessively for the Dr. it is a clean facility , but is not managed well at all.
