Joe worked with our insurance from start to finish to give them any paperwork (invoices, etc), pictures, updates, etc that they needed throughout the process & took a load of that red tape off my back, making this unfortunate situation a million times more bearable. Had other companies come out and give me insane prices for them to install a clean out in front. Talked to R.J. Graham plumbing and was relieved at the price. “I've heard about JSN Industry Inc. through a family friend who uses them all the time. I decided it was time to remodel my bathroom and move the sink, toilet, and tub around to get a better feel of the best layout. Without a problem JSN took care of everything at a great price. Since they did a great job, I called them shortly after and decided to redo my kitchen. Today, I called them to get my guest bathroom toilet fix. They were right out and unclogged my toilet and didn't charge the big company price. I saw google didn't have a review so it was time to put on up. I know next time I have a plumbing need, I will give them a call.“

“As I'm used to living in apartments and have only been in my townhome for about a year. I'm not too familiar with how some pumps work normally. I've been having an issue with drains flies and thought the pump had stop working. They were quickly able to determine that there was no issue. Definitely have an old pump, but it didn't need replacing at this time. Since they didn't find any other issues didn't bother charging a fee which was nice.“

I asked if he would go make sure before I drive 45 miles to get it. He went and checked for me and confirmed that it was what I needed. Very helpful.“
