Had our first visit today and was very happy with the results. Our puppy, Scout, came out looking adorable. The groomer, Brenda, did a very nice job. When I picked up Scout he was happy to see me but also seemed relaxed. I especially liked that he had a set appointment time and was not left all day.
I have had the absolute hardest time finding a groomer that I feel comfortable bringing my dogs to. I've had one local mobile groomer that brought my dog back with his chin scraped and the blood vessels in his eye burst, I had one that was raising her voice and pinning my dogs down to cut their nails, I only found one that would greet my dogs when they walked in and that place closed. If you're not excited to see my dog when he walks in the door and can't pet him and say hello then you're in the wrong business. Pawsitively Pampered is in the right business! They greet us, they love animals, and it's so calm and relaxing in there that it creates a low stress environment for the babies. And that's what dogs are, they are just babies that deserve to be pampered. Give this place a chance. I'm very happy that I found a place that I trust.
