Never been to the store, but their CEO is really sweet! I work down the street from the company, he stopped in for lunch, and we had such a rich conversation. You don't see people like that anymore. If I ever need tech support I know who I am calling!

fixed my computer that the other shop in Frankfort had said it was fixed was not then they said can;t be fixed. Jason took care of it No Problem. saved me a ton of money. Plus a good guy to deal with.
