“With the start of the pandemic, we felt it was an opportunity to fast-track our pool project. Unfortunately, that also seemed to be other people's plan as well. Like with any other manufacturing in general, there were a lot of delays in equipment. They did their best to work around what they were able to control beyond the pool manufacturer. People have to understand that the pool business is very dynamic and fluid - even more so thru COVID. There's a lot of moving pieces to the puzzle to make it all work. We did end up going thru several months of delay due to COVID. Some of the delay was on the pool manufacturer - but again, you have to understand that 2020 created a demand that they were not prepared for. The entire team did the best they could and made accommodations to make it all work in the end. We were very happy with the finished product and excited for 2021. We decided to go with Elemental based on neighbor recommendations and competitive pricing. From start to finish Mike B. and his team did right by us. He was easy to work with, extremely communicative and responsive, and got results to get things moving or back on track. His team also did a great job - again, installing pools is not easy. If you don't have patience, or are not flexible - it doesn't matter what company you select, there will be things that are out of their control and you have to be willing to work with that; especially now. If you can't, move on from any pool project from any company. Elemental took care of business at the end of the day and couldn't be happier with the pool. Ask for Mike B. and he will take care of things because he actually cares that families are satisfied with the end result. Also special thanks to Courtney and Nick and the landscaping crew who went the extra mile to make my project perfect! [and that reviewer that said their water was green - that was nothing compared to the swamp land I had growing in mine (cover was delayed).
