Truly, one of the best construction companies we have ever worked with. We were in need of a new front door and storm door so we contacted Keating construction after doing our research and they were by far the winner. Al came out, measured, and walked us (patiently) through the process. He ordered the doors, installed with a contractor, hauled away old doors and cleaned up. So professional and very pleasant to deal with. They do way more than doors. Highly recommend this company!
We needed to replace the windows in our home. We were very selective in choosing a contractor we felt confident with. Had about 6 contractors come out to give estimates and details of what products they install. AL at Keating construction came to our house, explained everything that was going to be done step by step. He took the time and made sure we got the product that was in our best interest. After having 5 other window companies come in and provide over 2 hour sales pitches only to find that their prices were way out of my reach was disheartening. Then a neighbor recommended contacting Keating construction. They were able to meet with me right away and give me written quote for Sunrise windows that after installation was almost half the cost of any other company for all my windows and a sliding glass door. Most other companies consider any other color other than white a special order. Sunrise had a variety of colors that they considered standard, I am in a condo and have to have a **** or sand. My windows and sliding doors came in and were installed within 2 months. That included the week and a half I waited for association approval. The work was professionally installed and I am very happy with the results. The owner and the installers answered all of my questions and were really friendly. This was a really good experience.
