We needed to replace the windows in our home. We were very selective in choosing a contractor we felt confident with. Had about 6 contractors come out to give estimates and details of what products they install. AL at Keating construction came to our house, explained everything that was going to be done step by step. He took the time and made sure we got the product that was in our best interest. If you are in the market for a contractor that has the crew to do a professional job and does it well choose keating. We sure are glad we did! Keating and his crew will be highly recommend from us. After having 5 other window companies come in and provide over 2 hour sales pitches only to find that their prices were way out of my reach was disheartening. Then a neighbor recommended contacting Keating construction. They were able to meet with me right away and give me written quote for Sunrise windows that after installation was almost half the cost of any other company for all my windows and a sliding glass door. Most other companies consider any other color other than white a special order. Sunrise had a variety of colors that they considered standard, I am in a condo and have to have a **** or sand. My windows and sliding doors came in and were installed within 2 months. That included the week and a half I waited for association approval. The work was professionally installed and I am very happy with the results. The owner and the installers answered all of my questions and were really friendly. This was a really good experience.
