This was my first visit to therapy prepping me for post-op procedures as the result of hip replacement. They were very professioal but friendly answering all my questions, leaving with a very positive attitude concerning surgery.

Bianca who handles Dr Puppala‘s “everything” was truly unbelievable. Must be one of the hardest working people I’ve ever dealt with and this was only over the phone. The lady at the front desk when we checked in at 5:30am for my surgery was amazing. To be that upbeat at 5:30am was amazing. From the lady at the front desk to the anesthesiologist, to her assistant nurse, to Dr Puppala and all the other healthcare workers that tended to my needs were beyond amazing. They all had amazing attitudes at 5:30 in the morning. Truly an unbelievably great experience. Strangely I’m excited and looking forward to my left knee replacement at the end of December.
