What an absolute gem of a vet office from the girls up front to the vet himself. I just took one of my dogs here for her first visit with Dr Walter. The amount of care and compassion this entire team showed was unreal. Everyone is so kind and they spend so much quality time with you and your dog. They literally spoil your dog and they are so thorough. I am actually quite stunned at what a wonderful experience we had. If all businesses operated like this, the world would be a better place. I couldn’t make an appointment for our other dog fast enough. Thank you Hickory Creek Animal Hospital for going above and beyond.
Dr Wally and all of his staff are incredible, caring and thorough every visit. We have taken all of our pets to Dr Wally since the office opened in New Lenox and have never even considered anyone else. He is one of kind and special, and our family and pets value his expertise and genuine kindness and care.
Dr. Walter and his entire staff are outstanding. We have been their clients for 14 years….as they take great care of our senior dog, Teddy Bear. Every experience we encountered these past 14 years has always been exceptional. They are so compassionate, kind, thorough, knowledgeable and we are so blessed to have them as our Veterinarian.
