What makes this company 5-star is their responsiveness. I ALWAYS got a response from John, Jon, or Brad when I reached out with a concern. While no job of this magnitude will ever go perfectly, it is rare to be able to count on a call back in a reasonable of time (usually the same day!) and with transparent, honest communication. This was a big job, and the roof looks beautiful. I was left with a couple of of minor things I feel like I had to settle for, but the guys took the time to explain why they made the decisions they did. From the evaluation to the actual work, all was handled professionally and the process was as discussed and timely. I would say that our home feels protected with the new roof and confident that all was done properly. We would use Great Roofing again and we would recommend them to friends and family.

I'm a local Realtor and when I have a client that appears to have a messed up roof, I always recommend that they have Great Roofing/Great Adjusting come out and take a look. They very often can get you a new roof and sometimes siding/soffits/gutters at little to no cost. And they do a fabulous, quick and professional job. I love supporting local businesses and Great Roofing is one of my favorite local small businesses.
