I just wanted to let you know that your folks did a great job helping me out at the house with our old heat pump that wasn’t working. Given the weather, and I’m sure the volume of issues they were working with, they did a great job of getting back to me right away and coming out to see what was going on so quickly. They were really good and nice people to deal with! What a good job they did, I really appreciate it.
Best Heating and Cooling Inc. came out to our home to service our furnace. We had been without heat for several days. Another company left us high and dry. Brian came in and knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it immediately. I will definitely call them next time we need service.
