The staff is pretty friendly - especially the techs. The prices seem a little expensive compared to what we paid when we lived in Oak Forest. Sometimes wait times seem long, but I understand that each patient is different and needs different amount of care/time.
This clinic showed true heart during a very difficult time for my dog, Wolf. After a confusing start regarding his treatment plan, the reception staff, Marie and Chris, stepped in and went above and beyond to secure him an urgent specialist appointment. Their advocacy gave us the clarity we needed. When we had to say goodbye to Wolf the next day, the team was incredibly supportive, even donating a tree in his honor. We are so grateful for the kindness shown to Wolf.
This was our first time at this vet and we had such a great experience! Everyone was not only friendly but you can see how passionate they are. I recommend coming here for your pets for sure!!!
