July 23 2025 had another company come to home for AC maintenance and repair leak at fitting to drain pipe. They could not fix leak. left us with no AC in over 110 degree heat index. July 24, 2025 Eades sent tech who stopped the leak an got us AC
just in time for another hot day. Based on this, we called Ron at Eades. Ron came over and gave us a reasonable quote on new AC system. Ron also explained current setup problems. Ron and crew came out July 30, 2025 and installed great new installed new air conditioner system plus corrected previous design flaws. Amazing service! I called one afternoon about a possible issue with my A/C, and over the phone he pretty much knew the issue. The service tech arrived in 20min, diagnosed, and repaired the blower and capacitor on my condenser! The tech also checked levels, etc. From the time I called, to the time the tech left was 1hr! On top of the fast service, the service tech was very nice and respectful. They will have all my business from now on! Thank you!!
Business review from MASA. Called them and got Ron the phone. He came out the same day during this heat wave when others had waiting lists. We called him on a recommendation from one of our providers and they were 1. prompt 2. hands on 3. proactive 4. straightforward 5. honest 6. transparent. Will use them on an ongoing basis.
