First time at this yoga studio utilizing ClassPass, a great way to try different businesses. I went with a restorative yoga class and it was just what I needed. Ian, the instructor was great at guiding us through our practice. The location is ideal with plenty of parking and I loved the ambience of the studio. Definitely will look into attending more classes there.

I took a Pride-themed class with Wren last year; I did not realize it was hot yoga so I low-key internally panicked, but it was a blast. The class felt really challenging but was still enjoyable. They have these little "coins" that show if you consent to touch or not, with Yes/No on either side; I thought was really neat. I had mine on the "Yes" side so at the end of class when we were all winding down, Wren came by & gently rubbed something on my shoulders (some kind of lavender or other calming scent? Not sure). Wren was really kind & I imagine all of her classes are worthwhile to check out.

YogaSix is such an amazing and inclusive environment. From the warm hello when you walk in, to the attention you receive in class. They are ensuring your practice fits your body by helping you modify positions, utilizing blocks and straps as needed to ensure you get the most out of each class. Also the cool essential oil towels after class are a huge bonus, they are just so refreshing and help keep you in the post yoga zen.
