I’ve worked with Home Improvements on three projects now. My two past projects (installing an entry door and a new roof on the house and garage), and the current project (installing a garage side door), were all quickly and expertly done, with no mess left behind. Julie made it extremely easy to book the appointment for the work (yes, an added bonus is that you can talk to a real person at this company!), and Mike (the sales rep) presented with me an honest and accurate estimate prior to starting any of the work. The prices are fair, and this is one of the few companies I've dealt with that consistently prioritizes customer satisfaction. I highly recommend using Home Improvements.

“I first contacted them last year for roofing repair and they were really quick, reasonable quote and made the whole process easier. While they were repairing my roof Patrick came to check up on their progress and noticed the back of my house roofing is different then my front and gave me a quote to fix that. I agreed to the quote but said I couldn't do anything till the summer of 2022. Patrick said no problem the quote will be good till then. Fast forward to May and he got in contact with me to see if I was still interested.Now here is why I highly recommend them. They were so patient with me while I dealt with my HOA approval that instead of May it took till July for them to do my roof, AND the quote never expired. Melissa was their contact person and she was such a joy to work with. She returned my phone calls and emails in a timely fashion. Patrick would answer my text when I had questions. His crew did everything from start to finish - Hardie Board siding, decorative stone veneers, gutters, doors and exterior lighting - the complete package. What a difference - a complete transformation. If you thinking about your next project, give Phil a call and obtain a quote. You won't be disappointed. Best of as all, he stands behind his work. Although this is quality craftsmanship, there might be an issue or two that needs attention. “Berg roofing did a fantastic job on our roof from service to product quality! After a hail storm in the end of Feb, we needed a new roof and our realtor gave us this recommendation! Communicating with Nick made the process so easy and seamless. He always ensured to get back to us in a timely manner and follow up with us when there was availability in the schedule. He also worked with our timing, as we were delayed in signing the contract until our insurance could do their inspection of our roof. Nick provided us with plenty of color options and was upfront with cost options too. On the day of, Berg roofing team was prompt in arrival time and cleaned up all the trash around the house afterwards. They finished up in a day! It was quite impressive.
