“I first contacted them last year for roofing repair and they were really quick, reasonable quote and made the whole process easier. While they were repairing my roof Patrick came to check up on their progress and noticed the back of my house roofing is different then my front and gave me a quote to fix that. I agreed to the quote but said I couldn't do anything till the summer of 2022. Patrick said no problem the quote will be good till then. Fast forward to May and he got in contact with me to see if I was still interested.Now here is why I highly recommend them. They were so patient with me while I dealt with my HOA approval that instead of May it took till July for them to do my roof, AND the quote never expired. Melissa was their contact person and she was such a joy to work with. She returned my phone calls and emails in a timely fashion. Patrick would answer my text when I had questions. The guys who came and did my roof were respectful and hardworking. Our initial meeting with our sales agent, Sue Dentzman, and the insurance adjustor was very thorough and extensively complete with pictures and drone footage detailing the condition of the roof and gutters.
Sue coordinated with the insurance adjustor and was able to get a full replacement check from the insurance company.
Prior to the start of the project, everything was explained to us in detail.
During the replacement, John, the project manager, was on-site during the entire time. And the job was completed in one day.
