STEC fixed a broken bathroom vent pipe in my attic. Instead of reconnecting the 10 ft flexible tube, they shortened it to 3 ft and vented out of the roof nearby. The point I am making is they fixed the issue in such a way that it should not recur. They worked in 100 F temperature in the attic in cramped condition.Edson was my lead contact person, very responsive on the phone, good to work with. Receptionist was very helpful in fitting in what was a small job in their schedule.
