My dog recently had a teeth cleaning procedure at Naperville Animal Hospital. The results were great, the staff were friendly & professional, and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend them!
I like this place a lot. You can tell who really likes the big dogs and who tolerates them. Kennedy is amazing! She wanted to be sure my puppy wasn't spooked by the process. Dr miribella and dr Diaz really care about their patients. First vets I've ever met that want to treat conservatively which is so nice. There's a front desk person who is OUTSTANDING, I think her name is Tara, but she has red hair. I hope the new appointments cut down on the front desk chaos. Negatives, the entry carpets always seem to have pee or poop on them. Medicine turn around time is long which is difficult when you have a sick pet.
I'd give them 10 stars if I could! I've brought my cats here for over 20 years. They're the only vet I know of in the western suburbs that take walk-ins as their general policy so they can get very busy because other vets need appointments often booked weeks ahead! True, wait times can be long sometimes, but if your pet has an urgent issue this is the place to go unless you want to pay a lot more at an emergency clinic. They are open 6 days a week, limited services on Sunday. Besides health care they offer grooming and boarding by appointment. The staff is friendly, professional and really care about your pet. I especially appreciate they never try to pressure you into additional products, insurance or treatments though they are available. They are very caring and sensitive if your pet needs end-of-life care. They even send condolence cards and include your pets pawprint. The few times (over 20 years: 3 times) they listened to my concern, treated me with respect, didn't get defensive or angry, but sincerely responded immediately with a positive solution. I may be shooting myself in the foot by encouraging they get more clients thus possibly increasing wait times, but I want them to be in business for as long as my cats need a vet!
