Big fan of Shyft! Kyla is my instructor and does a fabulous job. I walk away from our reformer class feeling so great. Stretched, worked out and more focused. As someone who had their knee reconstructed, I love the low impact work out that really builds some heat. The studio is quaint, clean and quiet which I appreciate. Love it so much here I got a monthly membership, I highly recommend anyone who wants to try a class to sign up for a drop in or community class to try it, you'll love it!

As a former athlete, I had many ideas about what strength training and fitness should look like. After working private 1 on 1 with Marlissa at Shyft Pilates for just a few months I am stronger, leaner and more integrated than I had ever been before. After a year I feel like I have a totally different body. I love working 1 on 1 with Marlissa. I’ve even started taking her group classes. If you’ve never taken a Pilates class try it. Marlissa makes it easy for both beginners and advanced.
