I've tried many types of massages (Swedish, Thai, deep-tissue, etc). I keep coming back to ayurvedic because it's good at so many things -- relieving stress, helping with muscle tightness/pain, and making your skin feel soft and supple and glowy. The therapists here seem legit, trained in Kerala and comparable to ones in India (I've had massages with both Greeshma and Manpreet, and heard great things about Raghu, the male therapist). In my latest visit I got the 60-minute Abhyangam with steam bath afterword. Came in with really tight muscles and a sore upper back, and it was exactly what I needed. My name is Matthew and I have to say this is by far the best massage iv ever received . My experience was mind blowing from the friendly staff all the way to the massage therapist was amazing. This is my second visit and I have to say each time I come it’s always consistent. Iv had pain in my legs and back and other areas and by the time I leave it’s all gone ! Thank you !
