Me and my husband had a wonderful experience renting from PMI. They were responsive and helpful. They responded to all our requests in a timely manner. Communications mainly through text but that honestly worked for me and my husband busy schedules. They even tried helping us find a new place when it came time for us to move closer to home even though it wasn't through them. All and all a wonderful experience, and we will be renting a property managed with them again in the future. Thanks PMI!

PMI west suburban has been doing great job in taking care of my multi-unit apartment building. They are very nice to work with and very prompt in their responses. They take care everything for the property and leave no stress for me.They are very transparent and hence, I know exactly what is happening in the property and how the money is spent. They proactively suggest improvement projects and execute the projects from beginning to completion.I would rate them the best and I am extremely satisfied with their services.
