My experience with Dr. Mendez and his staff was great from beginning to end. Just came here for a second time to see Dr. Lillie. The office is nice and clean, easy to find, and he and the entire staff are very friendly. Dr. Lillie offered several solutions for hormonal acne flare ups and dermatitis, both times the conversation didn't feel rushed and I was happy with the level of care. The only thing holding me back from 5 stars is the wait times. The first time I came a few months ago I didn't see him until 35 minutes after my schedule appointment time, I specifically texted my husband about how this is the longest I've waited for a doctor in a while.
