I wish I could give a 5 star review because we are very happy with the end result of our flooring. We had Coretec vinyl flooring installed in most of our house and are very happy with the quality of the product. The installers were great to work with and did a wonderful job with the installation. We did however have some issues with the sales office and communication on the quote and what was covered. We were told the installers would remove all the carpeting, and that any touch up paint that resulted in removing the carpeting and installing the new floors would be included. I've worked with Lou at Olson Rug on Route 59 in Naperville this past month. He couldn't be more pleasant. He is knowledgeable and has helped me with stair runners as well as carpeting for my den. I wanted wool carpeting for my stair and he honestly told me the merits of wool as well as the drawbacks. I do my research and Lou could answer any question I could throw at him.
