I just used this company for the first time and, based on this experience, I will definitely be using them again. They were very communicative and professional on the phone, and they were even able to get me in for a repair on the same day I initially called. The technician was very friendly and, more importantly, honest. It turns out that my ac unit was loud because some of the exterior shielding just needed to be tightened down. He didn’t try to up-sell me on parts or services that I didn’t need. He arrived on time, diagnosed the issue in less than a minute, fixed it, charged me the service rate I was quoted on the phone, and left, all in about 30 minutes time.... read full review
