Naperville Mercedes does a great job of servicing our GLC 300 I want to specially gives special thanks to Dante our Service Advisor. He is very professional and courteous and making our wait worth while.
I came in this week to the service center to get an easy recall taken care of. Frank was great to work with, friendly and reassuring. I was not upsold any services, offered beverages and snacks and was able to wait comfortably while my vehicle was quickly taken care of. I also appreciated that they washed my vehicle, including running my mats through the cleaner as they had gotten salt on them through this winter, I thought that was a nice, noticeable and appreciated touch. All and all I will certainly return to Mercedes Benz of Naperville for all of my service needs.
