Contacted the company, said Jeffrey would call me back. He did, and I submitted information that he requested and we discussed (7/20). Two weeks went by and no further contact. Emailed multiple times... no response. Called his office on 8/1 (Monday 9am) asked if he was in, said no, asked when was he in last, was told last Friday the 29th.... I told them I wanted a call back or I would contact my attorney, he had my personal tax returns. Received a call that evening from Jeffrey. Said he as his daughter have Covid and was the basis for no communication. Completely legitimate reason that I accept. I never knew my businesses bookkeeping and accounting could be as efficient as it is now after the wonder people at JCMP helped us out. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is on the fence about streamlining their operations in the office place!
