“I've used Dutchman for a few years now as part of an annual maintenance contract for my AC and heater. They promptly call to schedule the fall and spring services. Clint, the technician, always arrives during the scheduled time slot. He is courteous and knowledgeable and explains the work he is doing. The heater is from the mid-90s and Clint tells me I'm lucky it is still functioning properly. Only one time has there been a need to replace a part. AC is less than ten years old and in good order.
