Found her on here to have her help fix my hair because the reviews look great, but ended up being lied to about timing I was supposed to be at the appointment & charged me a "late fee" of $130 & couldn't even reschedule. Never trust adding your cards with stylists you don't know.

I cannot speak more highly of Heather. She saved me from the worst haircut of my life. She is so sweet and makes you feel so welcomed in her studio. I moved and am still willing to drive the 50 mins just to see her. She wonderful!

I first reached out to Heather at the beginning of October to see if she could do my hair and make up for a wedding in Wisconsin. She had an appointment available for me but I couldn't make it because I had to leave at 10:30 in the morning to go to Wisconsin for the wedding. What I remembered most about talking with Heather is that she was really nice on the phone and trying to accommodate me. After moving to Naperville four years ago, I was still going into the city to get my hair done. In February, I was real tired of driving into the city. I remembered Heather and gave her a call. I got a full foil and a haircut. I absolutely loved my hair. I was going from a brunette with a lot of gray hair to a blonde. Heather made my hair look like I was a natural blonde! When I was leaving my appointment, a woman was coming in to get extensions. I decided "hey why don't I try extensions"! A week later, Heather put extensions in my hair and they are beautiful!! The color match was so on point and I loved having the extra long hair! Heather did an amazing job putting in the extensions, they weren't going anywhere. I highly recommend Heather for all your hair care needs. She is the best! If fact, I'm going to see her again in an hour!
