Harmonic consistently delivers excellent customer care beginning with their office when scheduling the appointment. Reece showed up on time, patiently explained how to change the filter on the humidifier, completed a full maintenance on our furnace and then reviewed what had been completed. I would strongly recommend the Rock Star Program that provides furnace maintenance in the fall and AC maintenance in the spring along with other perks that are included. It is very affordable and guarantees your furnace and AC are well maintained. Overall, a 5 star experience with Harmonic and I would highly recommend them for any furnace or AC needs.
They were great! They arrived when expected, did a thorough job, and charged me what they had quoted. No hard sales pitch. The 2 technicians were professional. I would definitely call on them again!
