We moved back to the area and made the easy decision to call Great Western Flooring. We have used them in the past and will continue to use them in the future. Their professionalism and care are only a few reasons we are repeat customers. We had tile demoed, luxury vinyl installed with shoe molding, carpets replaced, stair runners replaced and had our hardwood floors refinished and custom stained. We are very happy with how everything turned out!

I received the most phenomenal customer service that I've experienced in a very long time. I walked in to inquire about flooring an carpet upon a highly regarded recomendation of a friend who had worked with Great Western.
I was immeditely greeted by LJ Ward, who answered my questions, listented intentely to what I was looking for and lead me to the exact options that were perfect for my style.
She took her time with me and explained which options would fit my needs and explaind the pros and cons of certain materials for a large dog owner, like myself.
