I was away on vacation and my son happened to come home early. He walked in the door and the house was at 89°!! I sent them a message at 11pm and received a reply first thing in the morning. Jason arrived before 10 am, quickly diagnosed the problem and was back running. He also said the fan motor “may” fail depending on how long there was power to it without running. He just said to keep an eye on it. Any other company may have just said to replace the motor and jacked the price. Quick, professional and honest. Highly recommend. Thank you!
Scheduled an appointment yesterday and Rich showed up on time and ready to find the problem. Did a great job of determining the issue and resolving without having to open up the system. Also, gave a few things to look out for as follow up to make sure I could better maintain our aging system between services.
This company deserves an award for doing excellent work and being so honest. After having another AC company tell me I needed a new compressor for my AC unit and leaving my family without AC during a hot summer day, I was referred by another neighbor to call Four Suns.They came out and found that the previous AC company was wrong on their diagnosis. Four Suns replaced the correct part on my AC unit and had my house with AC in a matter of a couple hours. Thank God for their honesty and good nature professionalism.
