The checkup was okay, however, I got an eye infection after visiting this clinic. Now I have to go to the doctor to get my infection resolved. Also, I ordered a pair of glasses and when I received them they were blurry. This has never happened to me before. I am afraid to go back to the clinic to get them checked because I am worried about another infection. I just wasted my money!!
I stopped in Eye Encounters for help with a contact lens emergency while traveling. The women at the front desk, as well as Dr. Rafferty, were all very friendly and helpful. They solved my problem and had me on my way quickly. Thank you!
