This was my first manuscript and Dave patiently walked me through until completion. He has excellent communication skills. He responded within minutes of each of my questions, even on the weekends. He did the layout, format, several cover designs to my liking, the copyright and other professional tasks. The quality of all his work was amazing. I am 100% satisfied with everything.
