Attic To Basement Inspection

Inspector did not pay attention to anything and did not write major issues in the inspection report which we found out after moving to the house that toilet is leaking, a wall has mold and dryer was not heating up enough, etc. I will never use this Inspector again and will not recommend him to anyone.

Used for closing inspection and found many things wrong later that we had no clue about before purchasing property. Was not very helpful at all. Everything that needs to be replaced is very expensive.Definitely not worth what is cost to use the services provided by this company.
