I purchased a Groupon for a couple's massage. When I called to make an appointment, they said they no longer accept Groupons and that I should call Groupon to ask for a refund. Groupon would only give me a refund in "Groupon bucks". I was told that I could still book a couple's massage for $100. When we got there, we were charged $135. We were then brought to separate rooms. When reiterating that we booked a COUPLE'S MASSAGE, we were told that they did not have a room with 2 beds to accommodate this.

Good afternoon, I was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with how I was treated yesterday because of your mix up and what you did. I contacted you guys over a month ago to book an appointment and had one for 2pm on Saturday, March 9th. I notified the person when I called that I had a Groupon. She said that was fine. I was never told I needed cash and there was no confirmation of my massage. When I got there, you had no record of my appointment, you claimed you don't have 1 hour deep tissue massage Groupons, yet I had one in my account that I was able to purchase, not a couples massage you kept on saying. Terrible customer service! I spoke to Alice on the phone stating that I had a Groupon. She was rude speaking to me and refused to give me an appointment, claiming that I did not spend enough money on my Groupon for her to make any money. She said call Groupon and get your money back! I was so disappointed since this was a birthday present! I do not recommend anyone going to this business, and in fact if this is the way they treat their customers, they need to be out of business! No one deserves to be talked to and belittled because they used Groupon. Please, anyone who is looking for a spa treatment or a massage, DO NOT go here!!
