We are about 5 weeks in with our first Maintenance Contract with Schmechtig Landscaping. We have periodically used various Landscaping Services throughout the 35+ years. So far Schmechtig has been the best.Our maintenance supervisor Anthony has been wonderful to work with. He has always promptly replied to our numerous questions & doesn’t hesitate to make a site visit.Steven our maintenance manager is awesome. Not only did he take the time & interest to understand our needs & concerns, he pays attention. Lisa is absolutely fantastic. Knowledgable, creative, inspired and indefatigable. Her design skills are superb and on site implementation is flawless. Mark and I both appreciate our account manager, Matthew. He is responsive and always ready to help. He offers practical solutions for problem areas that are attractive and that work well. The maintenance crew members are unfailingly friendly and polite. They do a good job with the lawn and weeds as well as shrubs. We have been happy with our service over these last four years. Ling, the landscape architect we have worked with, has beautiful design ideas that are also workable. We have worked extensively with her. It’s amazing how Ling has improved our property.
