This is what patient care is supposed to look like. You are made to feel special every visit. Everyone knows your name and is genuinely invested in your well being. Rebeca Graf is one of the therapists, she is thoughtful, polite, professional and kind. Everyone in the practice is very helpful. They are the best.I highly recommend Rush physical therapy of Mundelein.
I had a good PT experience at Rush. Becky quickly identified my hamstring issue and implemented a treatment strategy that got me quickly back to running. She, Todd, and the other staff were on top of my needs and made my appointment both effective and enjoyable.
Rebecca listened to my concerns and questions. She was very attentive and a pleasure to work with! She explained the rationale behind treatment and sought my feedback throughout therapy. I highly recommend her.
